Sales terms and conditions

1. The Agreement

The agreement consists of these sales terms and conditions, information provided in the booking system, and any separately agreed terms.

2. The parties

The seller is Ebf Wattum, email sacredseekerofferings@gmail.com, tlf +47 45833728, org. nr. 931512382 , and is hereby referred to as the seller.

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is referred to in the following as the buyer.

3. The payment

The seller can demand payment for the service from the time it is booked by the buyer.

The buyer can pay by using Vipps, Paypal, Stripe or Invoice. Vipps payments are made in NOK. Paypal or Stripe payments are primarily paid in NOK, but can be made in other local currencies. When paying by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer after the service is provided. The date for payment appears on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from the day the invoice is sent.

4. Delivery

Delivery has taken place when the service has been provided to the buyer.

If no delivery date and time is specified in the booking form, the seller must deliver the service to the buyer without undue delay.

If the buyer does not book a time for the service within 3 months of the purchase, the service is forfeited in accorance with the terms and conditions for booking.

5. Right of withdrawal

Unless the agreement is exempt from the right of cancellation, the buyer can cancel the purchase of the goods in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (angrerettloven § 21).

The buyer must notify the seller of their withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase. The deadline includes all calendar days. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, holiday or bank holiday, the deadline is extended to the nearest working day. 

The buyer has the burden of proof that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and the notification should therefore be made in writing (right of withdrawal form, e-mail or letter).

The buyer covers the cost of fees when using payment methods that requires a fee for transactions (Paypal or Stripe). 

The seller is obliged to repay the purchase price to the buyer without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the seller receiving notification of the buyer's decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

6. The buyer's rights

If the buyer is disatisfied with the service provided, the buyer has the right to send a formal complaint to the seller. The seller must be notified of the complaint within 7 days after the service is provided. Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

If the service is of a significantly low quality, the buyer can choose to request a rescheduled service within a resonable time, or demand a price reduction.

7. Personal data

The controller for collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer agrees otherwise, the seller can, in line with the Personal Data Act, only obtain and store the personal data that is necessary for the seller to be able to carry out the obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for the seller to complete the agreement with the buyer, or in statutory cases.

8. Conflict resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties must try to resolve any disputes. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority for mediation.
